Core Hybrid in a Global Setting

These include the automotive, aerospace, and solar and wind energy industries, as well as manufacturers of semiconductors, LEDs, and lithium-ion batteries. The company also develops innovative solutions for various chemical and industrial applications.

Solution

The client has two SAP systems on which they run German and US payroll. One of those SAP Systems is also used to store basic HR master for all legal entities.

Payroll should remain "OnPremise". No plan to move it to the cloud.

To reduce interface complexity the client decided to keep SAP as their central distribution system of HR master data.

Only one interface between SuccessFactors and our central ERP system was planned.
