Challenge

The client's HR landscape included two SAP ERP HCM systems supporting German and US payroll operations. One of these systems also served as the central repository for core employee master data across all global legal entities.

While the organization wanted to modernize its HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll operations were required to remain on-premise. The challenge was to establish a global cloud HR solution without increasing interface complexity.

Solution

INTEGRTR implemented a Core Hybrid architecture in which SAP ERP HCM remained the central HR master data distribution system while SAP SuccessFactors became the global system of engagement.

This approach allowed the client to:

• Retain on-premise payroll operations in Germany and the United States
• Minimize integration complexity across the global HR landscape
• Maintain SAP ERP HCM as the central employee master data hub
