What You’ll Do:

Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation)

Drive end-to-end project delivery: from requirements to go-live

Guide clients with SAP best practices and smart HR processes

Host client workshops, training sessions, and solution reviews

Collaborate across borders with a passionate, expert team

Support clients in maximizing the value of their HR tech stack

What You Bring:

2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience (ideally with full-cycle implementations)

Certification in one or more modules

Strong understanding of HR processes & cloud HRIS systems

Confident communicator, both in client-facing settings and within teams

Fluent in English and German

Bonus: experience with SAP ERP HCM or SAP S/4HANA
