At INTEGRTR, we’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help scale our enterprise SaaS platform. You’ll be working in tandem with equally bright minds and own end-to-end delivery from designing scalable APIs and data pipelines to exploring new AI-powered features and tooling.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for building scalable APIs, data ingestion processes, and designing databases while managing the maintenance of each.

• Code solutions across a wide tech stack (core as NodeJS, PostgreSQL)
• Lead architecture and development of RESTful APIs and high-volume data ingestion processes in Node.js
• Mentor peers, drive code reviews and share best practices
• Automate repetitive tasks with AI and deliver enterprise-applications by producing clean, efficient code
• Research emerging technologies, prototype proofs-of-concept and drive continuous innovation

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on NodeJS development experience
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL and general database architecture
• Familiarity with AWS Tech Stack (or similar) & a willingness to learn new things outside the current comfort zone.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning open-ended problems into clear solutions.
• Proactive over-communicator: you’re the first to reach out, align teams and keep everyone informed (we’re a distributed team with English as primary collaboration language)
• Strong problem-solving skills: you balance design, timelines and resources pragmatically

Bonus (but not required):

• Experience in enterprise tech or familiarity with enterprise softwares like SAP
• Containerization know-how (Docker, Kubernetes)
