SAP Sales Executive

At INTEGRTR, we are looking to onboard an experienced Sales Executive as we accelerate our product adoption and sales across geographies. The ideal fit for this role will be someone with an experience in HR-Tech / Enterprise SaaS sales in Asia Pacific , North America markets.
Responsibilities:
- Take on responsibility in sales for the marketing of INTEGRTR technology products and focus on acquiring new customers.
- Take on the contract analysis and contract negotiations independently and help shape the entire sales engagement process.
- Work closely with the founding team and colleagues from product development & consulting teams.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching, identifying potential accounts and carry outreach activities to drive quarterly targets
- Contribute to further expansion of sales team through hiring and partnerships
- Contribute with inputs and experience from customer interactions to INTEGRTR product suite : redefine how HR-Tech integrations are done.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in the SAP HXM environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong negotiation skills.
- An existing network of partners and prospective clients in North America, APAC region would be a big plus
- Experience with SaaS sales
- Assertiveness, persuasiveness and self-motivation would be important characteristics of someone in this role. Novel ideas and confidence would be required to deal with quickly changing conditions
- Comfortable with international travel for client interactions and business development
