INTEGRTR is building enterprise HR-tech and integration products with speed, clarity, and a builder-first mindset.

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who can take real ownership of quality across the INTEGRTR Platform. This is not a role limited to writing test cases and reporting bugs. You will help define what needs to be tested, identify where the product is fragile, and build the systems, coverage, and feedback loops that improve release confidence across the team.

This role sits close to engineering, product behavior, and real customer outcomes. You should be comfortable moving between manual testing, UI automation, API validation, production log analysis, and issue triage depending on what the situation demands.

If you like understanding how complex systems work, finding where they break, and building better ways to catch issues early, this role will give you the space to do meaningful work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own quality across the INTEGRTR Platform by identifying risk areas, validating critical workflows, and improving confidence before changes reach customers
• Run manual end-to-end testing across real product journeys to uncover issues that automation alone may miss
• Write and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, including user journey coverage, API validations, and multi-step workflow testing
• Use AI tools and agents as part of your daily workflow to accelerate test scaffolding, exploratory testing, failure analysis, and documentation
• Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows for test execution, scheduling, environment-aware runs, and reporting
• Track and manage customer-reported issues through Zoho in a structured way, ensuring they are acknowledged, categorized, resolved, and folded back into stronger test coverage
• Review Mezmo logs and production signals to understand system behavior, trace failures, and identify quality gaps that need attention
• Document regression journeys, test cases, findings, and edge cases clearly so the wider team can build on them
• Bring strong quality thinking into the product development process without adding unnecessary process or slowing delivery
• Help the team ship faster and with more confidence through smarter checks, better coverage, and faster feedback loops

WHO YOU ARE

• You can move comfortably between manual testing, UI automation, and direct API testing based on what the product needs
• You explore before you automate by using DevTools, network traces, logs, and real workflow understanding to guide your testing approach
• You know how to keep smoke suites fast while making regression coverage meaningful and reliable
• You think of quality as ownership, not just execution
• You are comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, issue trackers, and production logs as part of your regular workflow
• You care about root causes, not just symptoms
• You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to understand how systems behave in real-world conditions

THIS ROLE COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF

• You come from a QA, testing, support engineering, implementation, or development background and want to own product quality more deeply
• You do not necessarily have a traditional QA profile, but you care a lot about software reliability and user experience
• You enjoy investigating complex systems and finding weak points before they become customer problems
• You are willing to learn new tools quickly and apply them in a practical way
• You value sound judgment, technical curiosity, and strong follow-through

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Playwright or similar UI automation tools
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or comparable workflows
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD systems
• Comfort working with logs, debugging tools, and issue tracking platforms
• Exposure to AI-assisted development or testing workflows
