INTEGRTR is looking to hire a Lead QA Engineer / Software Development Engineer in Testing who has experience in both automation and manual testing and is willing to roll up their sleeves to help build the next-generation enterprise SaaS company. We are seeking a strategic candidate who is independent, self-driven, and passionate about ensuring the highest quality of our products. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans, executing tests, and tracking bugs efficiently while collaborating closely with our development team.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases
– Perform both manual and automated testing of web applications and APIs
– Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly using bug tracking tools
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
– Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts
– Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on testing progress and outcomes
– Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies
– Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
Requirements:
– 4-7 years of experience in software testing (both manual and automation)
– Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and stratergies
– Solid grasp of programming language such as Java / JavaScript/ Python
– Has hand-on experience in implementation of automated testing frameworks (e.g., Katalon, Selenium, Cypress)
– Proficiency in developing comprehensive test plans and test cases
– Strong experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zoho Projects, etc.)
– Good knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL / Postgres) and APIs (RESTful services)
– Great communication and collaboration skills
– Independent and self-driven
Bonus but not required:
– Experience in enterprise technologies or familiarity with enterprise software (like SAP)
– Experience in a startup environment

– Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment
– Easily adapts and learns new things, whether it’s a new testing tool, framework, or process
– Passion for releasing bug-free code and driving operation support to near zero
– Willingness to take on roles and responsibilities outside their comfort zone to get the job done
