About the Job

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the B2B/Enterprise sector. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with enterprise clients. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and achieving sales. You will play a key role in positioning our products and services as the solution of choice for our target market.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role with a focus on B2B or enterprise sales, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and successfully managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including rapport building, product pitching, and closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation demeanor, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
  • (Preference) Experience working with European or North American markets.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our enterprise client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and market positioning.
  • Work closely with the product team to understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
