1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using INTEGRTR Translation Hub, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the service.
2. Description of Service
INTEGRTR Translation Hub is an AI powered internationalization platform that assists in managing translations for SAP UI5 and Fiori applications. Features may include AI translation, file processing, GitHub integration, versioning, and export tools.
INTEGRTR may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
4. License and Usage
INTEGRTR grants you a non exclusive, non transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes.
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Bypass security or access restrictions
All intellectual property rights remain with INTEGRTR.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the files, translations, and project data uploaded into the platform.
By using the service, you grant INTEGRTR permission to process this data solely for delivering product features such as translation, project management, and exports.
INTEGRTR does not claim ownership of your repositories or content.
6. AI and Third Party Services
The product may integrate with third party AI providers such as Azure, Google, DeepL, or open source services.
You acknowledge that translations may be processed by these external services based on your configuration.
INTEGRTR is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI generated or third party output.
7. Payment and Billing
Paid plans require valid payment information. Subscription fees are non refundable unless required by law.
INTEGRTR may adjust pricing with reasonable prior notice.
Failure to pay may lead to suspension of access.
8. Downtime and Availability
INTEGRTR aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.
INTEGRTR is not liable for any losses due to downtime or service interruptions.
9. Security
INTEGRTR implements reasonable measures to protect your data.
However, no system is completely secure, and INTEGRTR cannot be held responsible for breaches caused by factors beyond its control.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
• Use the platform for unlawful activities
• Upload harmful or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt service operations
Violations may lead to immediate account termination.
11. Termination
INTEGRTR may suspend or terminate your access if:
• Terms are violated
• Payments remain overdue
• Misuse or abuse of the platform is detected
You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Intellectual Property
All technology, branding, trademarks, and related assets of the platform belong to INTEGRTR.
Use of INTEGRTR’s name or branding without written authorization is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
INTEGRTR is not liable for:
• Loss of data
• Errors or inaccuracies in translated content
• Business interruption or revenue loss
• Indirect or consequential damages
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
15. Changes to Terms
INTEGRTR may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the product will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
