About this Role

If you have 5+ years of ABAP expertise and thrive on solving complex HCM challenges, this is the role for you.

Note: This is a contract-to-hire role with a possibility of a full-time offer after 4 months.

What you’ll be doing

• Design & develop core ABAP OO components for our SaaS products
• Build and consume OData services (CDS/plain-vanilla) to power Fiori and third-party integrations
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI leads and customer teams to define requirements and deliver enhancements
• Optimize existing workflows: classical reports, ALVs, function modules and BAdIs
• Support hybrid landscapes and on-premise ↔ cloud scenarios
• Engage in onsite customer workshops and remote debugging sessions

What we’re looking for

Obligatorisch (5+ Jahre)

• Praktische ABAP-Entwicklung mit starkem objektorientiertem Design
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in HR-spezifischem ABAP (Gehaltsabrechnung, Personalverwaltung, Organisationsmanagement)
• Erstellung und Nutzung von OData-Diensten von Anfang bis Ende

Schön zu haben

• Erfahrung mit der Integration von BIB (Business Intelligence)
• SOAP-basierte Webdienste (sowohl eingehend als auch ausgehend)
• Erfahrung mit den Grundlagen von SAP Fiori
• Kenntnisse über hybride Landschaften (On-Premise ⇄ Cloud)
• Vertrautheit mit den klassischen SAP-Berichtswerkzeugen (ALV, FM, BAdI)

• Klarer, proaktiver Kommunikator, der in der Lage ist, technische Details für ein Geschäftspublikum zu übersetzen
