Project is the place where the actual integration mapping takes place. The requirement for number of integrtr projects depends on the number of instances to be integrated.
Technically speaking, 1 project means the configuration and connection of one SuccessFactors EC tenant and one SAP ERP client (MANDT).
Designer is the integration blueprinting tool hosted on https://app.integrtr.com. It allows field mapping configurations, collaboration and easy export for finished projects.
No. Integrtr works in a decoupled manner to give you the extra security comfort. Integrtr only requires metadata information for your Employee Central and ERP systems.
The metadata file for your ERP can be easily extracted using the Extraction Add-On. For Employee Central , the necessary steps have been mentioned here.
Add-on to download field specification and upload integration content. No sensitive Data / Content is extracted. The extraction Add-on comes free with our paid plans.

For 'Professional' and 'Business' plans, we store the configuration data for 6 months, post termination of subscription. This let's you restart your subscription without losing older projects. However, you can choose to delete this data upon termination of subscription.
Yes. The subscription fees per month needs to be paid at the beginning of each month. For yearly payments (advance payment with 12-month subscription), we offer an 8% discount with 'Professional' plan and a 15% discount with the 'Business' plan.
